Welcome to the first edition of a meet that we hope will take a permanent place in the Jeep calendar. We want to build an event you look forward to: full of adventure, off-road excitement, new acquaintances and conversations that stretch on around the grill.
Come to drive, to cheer, to talk about your car, or simply to spend a day in good company. We want to bring together cars, the outdoors, music and the easy mood of a Jeep meet.

We are meeting on Halloween, so we are planning games in that spirit for the children. We are still working this part of the programme out.

Times
We are still settling the exact start time, the order of events and the barbecue, and we will post it here and on Facebook before the day. We are not putting times up earlier, so that nobody turns up at the wrong hour.
Yes. Both stock vehicles and ones built for hard terrain are welcome. A stock Jeep will handle most of the sections, and on the harder ones nobody forces you in.
Do I have to drive the trails?
No. The Spot package does not include trail access at all — you come, you watch, you cheer, you eat with us and you talk about cars. Trail access is a separate package and a deliberate choice.
How many people does a package cover?
The price is per vehicle, not per person. You state the number of people in the crew on the entry form.

How does payment work?
Method and timing of payment — bank transfer before the event or cash on site. To be confirmed before publication.
How should I prepare the vehicle?
Check the fluids, tyres and pressure, the battery mounting and the handbrake. Take loose items out of the car. Nothing beyond what you do before a long drive — we have put the details on the page for first-timers.
What about coming with children?
Children are welcome on the event grounds. Since we are meeting on Halloween, we are planning games in that spirit for them.

What should I bring?
Documents, work clothes, gloves, something warm and a change of clothes if you are planning the Mud Race. The full list is on the page for first-timers.
What happens if it rains?
The bad-weather rule — whether the event goes ahead regardless and what happens to the fee if it is called off. To be confirmed before publication.
Can I come in something other than a Jeep?
The meet is described as a Jeep event; whether other off-roaders are also welcome — for the organiser to decide.
Is there accommodation or space for a tent?
Whether you can stay overnight on the grounds — to be confirmed before publication.
